Box 66 <br />Crystal Bay, MN 55323 <br />Re: City of Orono Comprehensive Plan Amendment to <br />Dear Mark: <br />As you know, this office represents Rebers Construction, <br />Inc. Sid Rebers just informed me that the Orono City Council <br />meeting at which the Comprehensive Plan Amendment is to be <br />discussed has been rescheduled to March 30, 1987. The purpose of <br />this letter is to request the City Council to table any <br />discussion of the plan amendment until the next meeting of the <br />Council following the March 30 meeting, which I unders�and is <br />April 13. If for any reason the April 13 meeting is not <br />convenient t.o the Council (and we understand that the Council <br />wishes to have full membership present for the discussion), we <br />are amenable to the Council's hearing the matter at the next <br />meeting at which the full Council will be present. <br />Our purpose in making this request is that I will be out of <br />town for the March 30 meeting date and it will be impossible for <br />me to attend; Larry Hanson of Schoell & Madson will likewise be <br />out of town and finds it impossible to attend a March 30 meeting. <br />We ar.., very concern-d that at least one, and ideally both, of us <br />be present when the Comprehensive Plan Amendment is discussed by <br />the City Council. Therefore, our request is that the entire <br />matter be tabled until Sid is able to be present with counsel. <br />
