PUBLIC HEARING - It is appropriate that the Council receive any <br />sugge�s or comments from the public regarding, ideas that they <br />may have for expenditure of these funds together with comments on <br />the proposed staff recommendation. <br />RECOMMENDATION - It is staff's recommendation that the City <br />allocate ttfie money for housing rehabilitation and currently have <br />number of persons who are interested. Admin stration of this <br />program is handled by Hennepin County so the City will not incur <br />any additional administrative cost because of this allocation. <br />PROPOSED MOTION - Moved <br />by , <br />seconded by <br />, the City Council <br />has held thy: official <br />public <br />hearing for <br />C.D.B.G. Year XIII <br />grants and following the <br />public <br />hearing moves <br />that the monies the <br />City receives in the total of <br />$23,775.00 be <br />allocated to the <br />City's housing rehabilitation <br />program <br />to be <br />administred through <br />Hennepin County.
