Performance Evaluation of the Administrator by <br />the Individual Council Members <br />ISSUE - <br />1. Establishment of Administrator's goals for 1 May <br />1987 - 30 April 1988 <br />2. Performance evaluation of Administrator 1 May 1986 - <br />30 April 1987 <br />3. Determination of any compensation adjustment for the <br />period 1 May 1987 - 30 April 1988 <br />DISCUSSION - During the period between April 6th and April 22nd, <br />I w:'.1 set up individual meetings with each of you to review all <br />three documents, in particular to get your concerns as they <br />relate to the 87/88 goal setting. At that time, if you have any <br />questions regarding the evaluation form, they can be discussed or <br />if you want to pass that on to me at that time it would be <br />appropriate. <br />At the April 27th meeting, it is ■y desire to have the 87/98 <br />y,als adopted together with placing on the agenda for Council <br />dlscussion the Administrator's second year performance. <br />Following the evaluation it is requested that the Mayor and <br />Council review any compensation ad;ust-..ent for the Administrator <br />for the period 1 May 1907 - 30 April 1486. <br />PLOPOSED MOTION - Moved by , seconded by , the Council accept <br />the various documents from EEie Administrator and that the 1997/88 <br />Goal Setting together with Council discussion of the <br />Administrator's second year performance be placed on the agenda <br />for April 27, 1987. Ayes _, Nays _. <br />P.S. Department heads have indicated their willingness to <br />discuss with any of the Council members, issues related to the <br />Administrator's performance. <br />
