These are first to achieve rn <br />annual rate of two thousand and fifty thousand qualified man hours or the <br />approximate equivalent of one hundred full-time employees and sixty <br />part-time employees, identified as "disadvantaged" and "dislocated• <br />workers. second, for the incubation to be fully operational within three <br />months of obtaining possession of the building.
