Mabusth, Building 6 Zoning Administrator <br />Date: February 9, 1987 <br />Subject: t1112 Smith Bay Marina, In- -60 Shoreline Drive - <br />Conditional Use Permit for _poser change in non -conforming use <br />of residential zoned proper:y. - Continuation of public hearing <br />to March 16, 1987. <br />The applicant has advised that the site planner will be unable to <br />submit a complete set of plans by the required deadline date. Fortunately, <br />staff was advised before the required notice of the public hearing were <br />mailed to all property owners within 350 feet. Staff has sent written <br />notice to all advising of the continuation of the public hearing to your <br />March 16, 1987 meeting. <br />As the legal notice for the application was published the week of <br />February 2, 1987, staff suggests that if there are interested members of, <br />the public in attendance that the Commission give them an opportunity to <br />ask questions or comment on the proposal. <br />Planning Commission Action: <br />Move to table the conditional use permit for Smith Bay Marina, Inc. <br />until the next regularly scheduled meeting of the Planning Commission on <br />March 16, 1987 and request that staff send written notice to all affected <br />property owners once agair, advising of the change in the review date. <br />
