(c) It is unlawful for any person to store refuse on commercial establishment premises for more than 48 hours. <br />Such storage shall be in containers as for residential dwelling premises; except that containers, sometimes <br />referred to as dumpsters, with closefitting covers may be substituted. <br />(d) It is unlawful to store organic refuse unless it is drained and wrapped. <br />(e) All refuse and garbage deposited in containers for pickup shall not be stored in the area between the street <br />and the front plane of the house or garage on non -collection days or shall be kept within a building. Refuse <br />must be deposited at one place, at ground level, on each property. Refuse containers must be returned and <br />placed to the storage location on the same day that the garbage or refuse is collected. The intent of this <br />subsection is to allow placement at the curb only on the evening prior to and the day of collection of the <br />garbage or refuse container. <br />(Code 1984, § 9.01(2); Code 2003, § 54-32; Ord. Deposit. <br />It is unlawful for any person to deposit in the city any refuse from any source, rubbish, offal or the body of a <br />dead animal in any place other than a licensed sanitary landfill. <br />(Code 1984, § 9.01(3); Code 2003, § 54-33) <br />Sec. 5.20.140. Fire danger. <br />It is unlawful for any person to store, deposit or dispose of any refuse which is in flames or heated to the <br />point where it could cause danger of fire in other refuse. <br />(Code 1984, § 9.01(4); Code 2003, § 54-34) <br />ARTICLE III. PRIVATE COLLECTORS <br />Division 1. Generally <br />Sec. 5.20.210. Definitions. <br />The definitions in Minn.
