Background: <br />The calendar has been revised to remove the City Council meetings on March 23 due to council <br />members' scheduling conflicts. This calendar satisfies the public notice requirement for regular <br />business meetings and work sessions of the City Council, as well as the Planning and Park <br />Commissions. <br />3.
