Logic behind 9' set -back <br />• Landscape Walls & Retaining Walls <br />• Tiered walls are considered as one wall unless they are separated by a horizontal distance twice the <br />height of the lower wall. Separation will be measured from the back of the lower wall to the face of the <br />upper wall. <br />• Structures exceeding the allowed height of a fence shall be located so as to meet the required <br />accessory structure setbacks established for that yard. <br />• Fence Regulations: Lakeshore Properties <br />• Fences within the average lakeshore fence setback shall not exceed 42 inches in height for any portion <br />located lakeward the average lakeshore setback line. <br />• S 6.12.1440 Accessory Uses within R-IB (Sec 6.12.1450 ...setback...) <br />• Side yard setback.
