1976 Planning Commission recommends <br />rotating house to north and approves <br />foundation 6 inches into side setback <br />The Zoning Administrator reviewed the variance anplicat.3r of <br />Livid J. Kruskopf and called attention to a non-conforrming <br />situation on the neighboring property where a house had been <br />omstrurted so close to the property line that it did not even <br />met State setback requirements.
