It may be prudent to <br />complete the grading associated with the house pads as well. A security will be required before filing the final plat to <br />assure this is completed. Potential buyers should be made aware that this grading is part of the approved plans. <br />Additionally, the proposed house pads should be addressed by covenants if you wish to preserve the setbacks you've <br />suggested in your plans .
