MEMORANDUM <br />Date: 5 January 2010 <br />To: Nate Stulc, Assessor <br />From: Melanie Curtis, Planning & Zoning Coordinator <br />RE: Park Fee Determination 1535 Bohns Point Road (Attachment) <br />The Orono Planning Commission will be reviewing a Preliminary Plat for a 3 lot subdivision of <br />property located at 1535 Bohns Point. The property surveyor has determined the total lot area <br />is 4.89 acres. <br />Payment of Park Dedication fees is determined as 8% of the fair market value of the land being <br />subdivided, or a maximum of $5,550 per residential dwelling unit. Please calculate the fair <br />market value of the land to be subdivided. The Planning Commission will review this preliminary <br />plat application at their January 19, 2010 meeting.
