The City has a statutory requirement to bring a <br />completed application to the Planning Commission and City Council for decision within a defined 120-day time limit. <br />This application was determined to be complete on December 16th therefore it is scheduled to be heard by the Planning <br />Commission on January 19th as you have noted in your letter. <br />The application is available to be reviewed at the City offices. Please contact Christine Mattson (952.249.4620 or <br />cmattson@ci.orono .mn.us ) to schedule at time to review this file. <br />The application does not include any variances and is viewed as a standard subdivision. I will be out of the office <br />Thursday and Friday of this week and the City offices are closed on Monday in observance of the holiday. Questions can <br />be directed to Ms .
