If a Creditor's Rights Endorsement will be requested for either the Owners or Lenders Policy issued <br />pursuant to this commitment, please contact the underwriting attorney or closer identified in Note A above <br />to discuss the documentation that will be required to obtain approval for this endorsement. <br />D.
