Engineering comments will be <br />forthcoming; below is a preliminary list of items the City of Orono is requesting to complete our review: <br />✓ Current certificate of title or title commitment. <br />✓ Evidence that easements have been extinguished as you discussed with me. <br />✓ Escrow Agreement -This project requires submittal of an application escrow in the amount of $2,500 <br />which has been submitted. Please have the property owner complete the enclosed escrow <br />agreement and submit. <br />Application #14-3646 is incomplete.
