Box 66 <br />Crystal Bay, MN 55323 <br />Phone (952} 249-4600 Fax (952} 249-4616 <br />NOTICE <br />The Orono Planning Commission will hold a public hearing in the Orono Council Chambers at <br />2780 Kelley Parkway on TUESDAY, January 21, 2014 , beg inning at 6:30 p.m . on the matter of <br />reviewing the following land use applications and vacation requests: <br />13-3612 <br />13-3632 <br />13 -3644 <br />13 -3645 <br />14 -3646 <br />14-3647 <br />Dale Gustafson on behalf of John and Barbara Corness, 4395 North Shore Drive , <br />LR-18 zoning district, requests a conditional use permit amendment in order to <br />correct an erosion and stormwater drainage issue within 75 feet pf Lake <br />Minnetonka . <br />Dale Richardson, 4325 Chippewa Lane, RR-1 B zoning district, requests an after- <br />the-fact setback variance to permit a deck to remain as constructed approximately <br />34 feet from the side lot line where a 50 foot setback is normally required . <br />City of Orono proposes an amendment to Orono Zoning Code Chapter 78 <br />regarding minimum standards for dwelling unit size and dimensions . <br />THN Enterprises , Inc ., on behalf of Gary Briggs, 1905 Concordia Street , LR-1C <br />zoning district, requests a conditional use permit for land alteration within 75 feet of <br />the OWHL of Lake Minnetonka in order to repair a failure of the lakeside slope. <br />George St ickney on behalf of DNA Properties , LLC , 1535 Sohns Point Rd , LR-18 <br />zoning district, requests preliminary plat approval in order to subdivide to create <br />one additional buildable lot. <br />Luke Kujawa on behalf of EOF Investments LLC , 1444 Shoreline Drive , B-2 <br />zoning district, requests commercial s ite plan approval in order to install a below <br />grade fuel storage tank. <br />All persons wishing to be heard are encouraged to attend these meetings . This is not a final <br />agenda and is subject to change prior to the hearings. Written comments are accepted and <br />should be submitted to the City of Orono by January 14 , 2014 if possible .
