'l <br />JAN 1.3 2013 <br />CITY OF ORONO <br />This Termination of the Restatement of the Beth and Bridget Declaration of Covenants, <br />Conditions, Restrictions, Reservations and Easements (this "Termination") is made as of ___ ~ <br />2014 by the undersigned fee owners of the Land hereinafter described lying in Hennepin County, <br />Minnesota. <br />DNA Properties LLC, a Minnesota limited liability company ("DNA Properties") is the fee owner <br />of the real property legally described as follows: <br />Lot 1, Block 1, BETH AND BRIDGET, Except that part of said Lot 1 which lies southerly of a line <br />drawn on a bearing of South 73 degrees 02 minutes 33 seconds West from the angle point in the <br />Southerly line of said Lot 1, assuming a bearing basis of South 67 degrees 20 minutes West for <br />the Westerly segment of said Southerly line of lot 1 (the "Northerly Property"). <br />The Kathleen A. Halloran Living Trust (11 Halloran Trust") is the fee owner of the real property <br />legally described: <br />Lot 2, Block 1, BETH AND BRIDGET; also that part of Lot 1, said Block 1, which lies Southerly of a <br />line drawn on a bearing of South 73 degrees 02 minutes 33 seconds West from the angle point
