The preliminary plat application was reviewed as <br />file #14-3646 . <br />The developer requests final plat approval in order to finalize the project and proceed. <br />Planning Staff Recommendation <br />The applicants have submitted the final plat mylars, paid the fees and provided required pieces of <br />information . Planning staff and the City's attorney continue to work with the developer to finalize the <br />remaining documents. Staff recommends approval of the final plat per the attached resolution. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED <br />The Council should consider adopting the attached approval resolution and authorize the Mayor and City Clerk <br />to sign the Mylars for the plat of Bohns Point West.
