(44%) where 25% is allowed. <br />David and Jody Dalvey, 1520 Bohns Point Road, request a plumbing in <br />accessory building conditional use permit for installatioi:i of a bathroom <br />within a detached garage. <br />Terrance C. Johnson, 1045 Linden Lane, requests renewal variances to lot <br />area, lot width, and hardcover to permit replacement of an existing <br />foundation, and raising the house within the 75' lakeshore setback. <br />Robert D. Pieper, 3995 North Shore Drive, requests an after the fact <br />conditional use permit to permit a guest apartment within the primary <br />residence . <br />John Collette, 2160 West Wayzata Boulevard, requests a conditional use <br />permit for use of a portion of the Orono Shopping Center building for general <br />office use as an automobile brokerage business. <br />James Cusack, 4140 Highwood Road, requests lot area and lot width <br />variances to permit new residential construction on the property with a lot <br />area of 11,888 s.f. (0.27 acre) and lot width of 50' where the LR-1B zoning <br />district requires lot area of 1 acre and lot width of 140'; and requests a <br />variance to permit an accessory building to remain on the property absent a <br />principal building.
