All persons with an interest in the property must sign the <br />resolutions. <br />You must apply for and obtain a permit for the construction. (The permit application is separate <br />application from the zoning application). <br />Conditional Use Permit Approval is limited to the extent shown on the approved plan and as noted <br />in the approval resolution. Changes in approved plans are subject to fmiher review by the City. <br />Approval expires one year after date of approval. Permit application must be submitted no later than <br />March 25, 2003. <br />If you desire ce1iified copies of the official Council Minutes, they are available from the City Clerk <br />after review and approval by the City Council.
