Lindberg <br />865 West Ferndale Road <br />Wayzata, Minnesota 55391 <br />Dear Mr. Melamed and Dr. Lindberg: <br />This letter is to advise you that the Orono City Council has <br />conceptually approved your request to extend the Wayzata sewer <br />system to serve your homes. <br />You should be prepared to address the City of Wayzata to gain <br />their conceptual approval also. If Wayzata does agree, the <br />attached Sewer Agreement should then be signed and returned to <br />Orono. This agreement is a typical form used by Orono and <br />Wayzata in similar situations. <br />The next step is for you to retain a Minnesota licensed civil <br />engineer to design the extention, and a licensed contractor to <br />install the work. Detailed requirements are specified in the <br />attached Developer's Agreement.
