(35.1%) hardcover in the 250-SQO' lakeshore setback <br /> ' where 30% is allowed and 2,028 s.f. (32.9%) exists. <br /> � NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Orono, <br /> ' Minnesota: . <br /> FINDINGS <br /> � 1.
