AGENDA ITEM <br />Date: February 9, 2026 <br />Title: Amend 2026 Fee Schedule - Ordinance 320 <br />Presenter: Maggie Jin, Finance Director <br />Section: Consent Agenda <br />Purpose: <br />The purpose of this action item is to approve the amended 2026 Fee Schedule. <br />Item: 5 <br />2. Background: <br />As part of the yearly rate change process within the system for utility billing, sewer service fees <br />needed clarifying and clean-up. The changes/additions are as follows: <br />• All Other under the section Sewer Rate should be charge based upon whether it is a metered <br />versus unmetered property. <br />• Long Lake and Wayzata Service sections have been consolidated. Single Family Home and <br />All Other Metered Service section has been split and clarified. <br />3. Staff Recommendation: <br />Staff recommends approval of Ordinance 320 Amending the 2026 Fee Schedule. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED <br />1. Motion to Adopt Ordinance 320 of the Third Series Amending Title One Chapter One of the City <br />Code relating to the Fee Schedule. <br />2.
