City represents that it is compliance with the <br />workers compensation coverage requirements of Minnesota Statutes, section 176.181, <br />subdivision 2, and that it, and all its subcontractors or material suppliers under the <br />Agreement, are in compliance with the tax withholding on wage requirements of <br />Minnesota Statutes, section 290.92 <br />WITNESS WHEREOF, the Parties have caused this Agreement to be executed on their <br />behalf respectively by their duly authorized representatives.
