AGENDA ITEM <br />Date: February 9, 2026 <br />Title: Lake Minnetonka Conservation District Updates <br />Presenter: Adam Edwards, City Administrator / Engineer <br />Section: Work Session Item <br />Item: 1 <br />Purpose: <br />The purpose of this item is for the Council and LMCD representative to review LMCD and City <br />activities and priorities. <br />2. Background: <br />The Lake Minnetonka Conservation District (LMCD) is governed by a voluntary Board of <br />Directors composed of one member appointed by the City Councils of the 14 municipalities that <br />border Lake Minnetonka. The Board provides direction for the organization, develops policies and <br />initiatives, and helps build partnerships to carry out the mission of preserving and enhancing the <br />Lake Minnetonka experience. Mr. Rich Anderson is the director for the city of Orono. <br />3. Summary: <br />The proposed agenda for the work session is as follows: <br />1. Introductions. <br />2.
