MN§15.99 Application Deadline: <br />The application was made on January 20, 2026 and deemed complete on February 10, 2026. The <br />60-day review period expires on April 11, 2026. <br />3. Background: <br />The applicant proposes to relocate a pool and patio that was previously allowed by variance <br />(LA23-000047) to a new location within the 150-foot lakeshore setback. The previous location of <br />the pool and patio was in between the home site and the existing septic system within the 150 foot <br />lakeshore setback. Improvements to the septic system will impact the pool and patio area, and the <br />applicants propose shifting the pool and patio to a new area between the house and lake, where a <br />previous patio was located prior to the redevelopment of the site. <br />4. Public Comment: <br />No public comments have been received. <br />Staff Recommendation: <br />Planning Staff recommends approval as applied. <br />6.
