�oMo <br />y��AkESNoa��� Definitions <br />• Principal Use means the main use of land or buildings as distinguished from subordinate or accessory uses. A <br />principal use may be either permitted or conditional. <br />• Accessoryusemeans a use, building, or structure subordinate to and serving the principal use or building on the <br />same lot and customarily incidental to the principal use or building. <br />• Buiidingmeans any structure having a roof which may provide shelter or enclosure of persons, animals or chattel; <br />and when the structure is divided by party walls without opening, each portion of such building so separated shall <br />be deemed a separate building. <br />• Private Garagemeans a detached accessory building or portion of the principal building, including a carport, which <br />is used for storing passenger vehicles, and trailers. <br />5 <br />
