To provide for payment by the State to the City of the State's share of the costs of the <br /> • excavation, bituminous reclamation, aggregate base and bituminous surfacing construction � <br /> and other associated construction to be performed along and adjacent to Trunk Highway No. <br /> 12 on Stubbs Bay Road from Engineer station 0+50 to Engmeer station 38+00 within the <br /> corporate City limits under State Project No. 2713-79. . <br /> .
