The Cifiy Council has considered this application including the fmdings and <br /> recommendations of the Planning Commission,reports by City Staff, coinments by <br /> the applicants and the effect of the proposed variance on the health, safety and <br /> welfare of the community. <br /> CONC�USIONS, ORI)ER,AleTD CONDI�IONS • <br /> , Based upon one or more of the above findings,the Orono City Council hereby grants <br /> a front yard variance to reduce the required front yard from 20' to 6' per Municipal Zoning Code <br /> Section 10.40,Subdivision 6(C)to permit the addition of a canopy over an existing gas pump island. <br /> . A conditional use permit amendment is required to allow construction of a canopy over the existing <br /> gas puinps, subject to the following conditions: . � <br /> � 1.
