City of OROINO <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />NO. 2165 <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the petition of Paul 6 <br />Virginia Boyke is hereby granted by the --ounci 1 of the City of Orono <br />and that the portion of dedicated drainage and utility easement <br />legally described above is hereby vacated. The granting of the <br />petition is subject to the following conditions: <br />1. As part of the replat of the plat of Brooks Green, the <br />applicants shall grant new drainage and utility easements 5' <br />either side of interior lot lines. <br />2.
