Completion of all the requirements of Resolutian No. 4096,the resolution granting ' i <br /> preliminary approval of the Class III subdivision. <br /> 2. Dedication on the plat of standazd perimeter drainage and utility easements. <br /> 3. Provision of drainage calculations for pre-and post-development stormwater quantity <br /> and quality conditions, and design of stormwater and drainage improvements and <br /> facilities. <br /> 4.
