Holmberg <br />2120 Dain Tower <br />Minneapolis, <br />Minnesota 55402 <br />Re: 755 North Ferndale Road <br />Dear Mr. Holmberg: <br />In response to your letter of January 17, 198G, reviewing your <br />proposed plans for your 2� acre lot on North Ferndale, I see no <br />conflicts with the City's Zoning Code or subdivision regulations. <br />The property can be subdivided by metes and bounds dividing the <br />parcel into a two acre buildable lot and a � acre unbuildable lot <br />to be combined with the church property to the north. The City <br />will require the usual septic testing for the buildable lot but <br />waive such requirements for the unbuildable lot. <br />The Episcopal Church should be advised to contact me concerning <br />their original conditional use permit with the City. <br />Please call if you have any additional questions or when I may <br />assist you in the processing of your subdivision application. <br />I have enclosed a subdivision application with my letter. <br />Sincerely, <br />Jeanne A.
