REGULAR MEETING OF THE ORONO COUNCIL, DECEMBER 12, 1977 <br />Page 29 <br />Mayor Van Nest commented that an official map in <br />regard to Big Island is important. <br />Mr. Cliff French: I will have the property <br />appraised and make a presentation to the Park <br />Board in January. <br />Mr. Kilbane: I want to negotiate with the Park <br />Board now. <br />Mr. Owen ?nelson: nr. Vetter holds fee title. <br />The purchase agreement had rut, out last July. <br />Mayor Van Nest: We never received application <br />until last October. <br />Mr. Cliff French: We will proceed with all possible <br />haste to acquire this property. <br />Paurus moved, Pesek seconded, to table Mr. Vetter's <br />request for a subdivision on Big Island until the <br />Council meeting of !larch 13, 1978. Motion, Ayes (3) - <br />mays (0). <br />Note: tor. Approved suli3ect, to the <br />following conditions: <br />1. Privates access read 60' wide with underlying <br />easement -.o the ty. <br />2. Extendinra bO' easement to east. boundary of <br />property for future road if necessary. <br />3. Drainage easements as indicated on proposed plat.. <br />4. Park dedication fee ($250 per lot for 10 lots <br />equals $2,500, deduct $500 for two lots paid <br />with approval of previous Kelly subdivision, <br />balance due - $2,000). <br />S. ritle opinion addressed to the City and approved <br />by th,> City Attorney.
