All persons with an <br />interest in the property must sign the resolutions. <br />Variance Npproval is limited to the extent shown on approved plan and <br />as noted in the approval resolution. Changes in approved plans are subject <br />to further review by the City. Variance approval expires one year after <br />date of approval. Permit applical-ion must be submitted no later than <br />March 28, 1989. <br />Please call my office if you have any additional questions regarding <br />the road and utilities easement to be granted to the City. We will file <br />the above referenced resolution at the time we f i le the road and uti 1ity <br />easement. <br />
