MINUTES OF A PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING HELD ON OCTOBER 15, 1979 <br />The Planning Commission met on the above (late. <br />Present were the followinq members: Chairman <br />Wilson, McDonald, Hannah and Jobbour. Mabut; t:h <br />repremented the City staff. <br />Wilson announced the Public. Information Meeting. <br />Mabustl: stated she had the Affidavit of <br />Publication and Certificate of Mailing. The <br />applicant was not represented. Hannah expressed <br />concern that if the gar.acle was to be divided <br />with the carriage house, the main house would <br />not have a garage and would have difficulty <br />meeting the zoning setbacks to construct a new <br />garage. Mabusth stated there wns sufficient <br />room to the south of the main house for a <br />detached garage. <br />Present were Mr, and Mrs. Lauer, 1430 Bohns Point <br />Road, whose main concern was sn existing access <br />easement which was not shown an the plat <br />presented by the applicant He showed an earlier <br />survey which dill indicate the easement. After <br />discussion, it was decided that the platting would <br />not affect the easement, however, a reyuireemsent of <br />approval could be proof of the easement as a part <br />of the title. Only the southern lot will have riparian rights. <br />1. Park dedication fee in the amount of $403.00 for <br />he newly created residential lot. <br />1. Existing access will remain to serve both lots <br />(northern Lot to deed access easement in favor <br />of southern lot) . owner wishes to retain loop <br />driveway. <br />4. Shed will have to be removed so all exist inq <br />structures will meet tht, rNquired set.hacks. <br />7t50 P.M. <br />5. Applicant submit 1)rc7nf that the 25' access <br />easement is filed with the title before final <br />plat approval. <br />Wilson seconded the motion. Vote: Ayes (5), Nays ;n). <br />Motion Massed unanimously. <br />
