HOLLANDER - CONT. <br />There were no more comments from the public. <br />I+ was moved by Mayor Grabek, seconded by Courici l member <br />Sime, to adopt Resolution #2119 granting preliminary <br />plat approval subject to the following; <br />11 Buil.di:,g Official to inspect the condition of the <br />rental house. <br />2) Appropriate security required for removal of the <br />plumbing from the rental house. <br />Notion, Ayes 4, Nays 0. <br />Councilmember Sime suggested that a clean-up inspection <br />(weeds, etc.) also be done on this property. <br />#luJ:13 WAYNE LENEAVE <br />360 WAKEFIELD ROAD <br />CONuITIONAL USE PERMIT <br />RESOLUTION #2120 <br />Wayne LeNeave was present for this matter. <br />City Administrator Bernhardson explained the request for <br />a conditional use permit for excavation of a decorative <br />pond that is not a designated wetland. The City will be <br />granted a Ccnservation and Flowage Easement over the <br />pond. He noted that the applicant plans to have all <br />spoils tra:isported to the Wayzata Country Club spoils <br />site. Staff feel this project will not have any adverse <br />impact and are not recommending any security be <br />required. <br />Assistant Toning Administrator Gaffron stated that he <br />talked with Al Orson of Wayzata and confirmed that the <br />proposed spoils fill site would be acceptable and a <br />permit is not required. <br />It was moved by Councilmember Sime, seconded by <br />Councilmember Peterson, to adopt Resolution 02120 <br />approving a conditional use permit per staff <br />recommendation. Motion, Ayes 4, Nav- 0. <br />
