Boundaries <br />originally defined and approved in 1979-1980. <br />Pertinent Sections of State Statute and Municipal Regulations - <br />1. State Statute 462.355 <br />2. Comprehensive Plan CMP - 6 - 44,45,47,48,49 <br />3. CMP Maps 12,13 <br />List of Exhibits - <br />A - Public Hearing Notice <br />B - Existing and Proposed Sewer Facilities Map <br />C - Gaffron Memo - 9-20-84 <br />D - Septic mapping of Fulmer Property <br />E- Inventory of areas already sewered or approved for sewer and not <br />formally included in a Comprehensive Plan Amendment. <br />Review of Application - <br />The Fulmers request to amend the Comprehensive Plan, M.U.S.A. - M.S.S.R <br />boundaries, seeking sewer service for their commercial kennel/residential <br />use within the now defined rural service area has been included in a more <br />comprehensive amendment on the part of the City. The MWCC has advised that <br />Fulmer's sewer connection will be approved as soon as the City formally <br />amends its comprehensive plan finding that the subject property qualifies <br />under the standards set forth by the City in its Comprehensive Sewer Policy <br />Plan. <br />Orono has never filed a formal amendment with the Metro Council to reflect <br />areas sewered within the City since the approval of the 79/80 Comprehensive <br />Plan. Review Exhibit B. The Minnetonka Bluffs/Browns Bay reigY.borhood <br />(11), Shoreline Drive - marinas (12) and the Crystal Bay Area C.3) have <br />been included with the current proposal. <br />A comprehensive amendment will be considered by the City with the ordering <br />of sewer for the Stubbs Bay area and the Hwy. 12 area (upon completion of <br />the planning study) within the next year. The latter amendment will also <br />include the following areas already sewered (review mar) - exhibit E). <br />A - North Shore/Highwood <br />B - Northern Ave. <br />C - Carmans Bay (L,ehman project) <br />D - Orono/Medina intercepter - expansion to cast - New Life <br />Bible Church - Hennepin County Library <br />E - North Shore/Scotch Pine <br />F - County Road 84 - developmc_nt on east side of road and to <br />the south of old sewer plant and hropesed Noerenberg <br />Park facility. <br />G - Navarro plat <br />
