The <br />major portions of this amendment can be considered a housekeeping <br />matter as the Metropolitan Waste Commission had never required formal <br />realignment of the MUSA line when the City sewered Minnetonka Bluffs <br />or Crystal Bay. The MWCC refuses to consider the City's request for a <br />special permit to serve Fulmer.'s property until a comprehensive plan <br />amendment has been completed. <br />Staff has enclosed copies of the Metropolitan Council <br />application, addendum information and notice to all local units and <br />jurisdiction,.
