The City shall not accept renewal. <br />license applications received after February 1 unle.s the application <br />is accompanied by a late fee of $25.00. <br />REVIEW PROCEDURE <br />When a complete application is received, the application will be <br />reviewed by the City Council and, in the case of new or unusual <br />applications, also by the Planning Commission and Marina Committee. <br />The Council will pass upon the application after complete review. <br />THE SUBJECT DOCK MAY BE INSTALLED AND/OR OPENED FOR USE ONLY UPON <br />APPROVAL OF THE LICENSE BY THE CITY COUNCIL. <br />Pursuant to Sectior 5.42 of t'.e Orono Municipal Code, the applicant <br />hereby requests the Orono City Council to review this Joint Use Dock <br />License Application, and agrees and authorizes the City of Orono and <br />the City's employees and agents to enter upon the property at any <br />reasonable time to perform safety and code compliance inspections. <br />Signed (,�' Date(- <br />
