RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCI� <br /> �9kESH�4��' NO. � � � � <br /> A RESOLUTION GRANTING AN <br /> AMENDMENT TO A VARIANCE TO <br /> MU1vICIPAL ZONING CODE <br /> SECTION 10.03, SUBDIVISION 9 (D) . <br /> FILE #2519 � <br /> WHEREAS, Matthew A. Staloch and Robin J. Staloch (hereinafter "the <br /> applicants") are owners of the property located at 4705 Watertown Road within the City of <br /> � Orono (hereinafter "City") and legally described as follows: <br /> Exhibit A attached, Hennepin County, Minnesota (hereinafter "the property"); and <br /> WHEREAS, after due published notice and mailed notice in accordance with <br /> • Minnesota Statutes and the City of Orono Zoning and Planning Codes, the. Orono Planning <br /> Commission held a public hearing on September 20, 1999, at which times all persons desiring <br /> to be heard concerning this application were given the opportunity to speak thereon; and <br /> . WHEREAS, the City Council approved a variance to pernut a 28'x40' accessory <br /> structure on September 27, 1999; and <br /> WHEREAS, the applicants have applied to amend a previously approved <br /> variance to Municipal Zoning Code Section 10.03, Subdivision 9 (D) to permit construction <br /> of a 30'x40' accessory structure between the principal building and the street where no <br /> accessory structures are to be allowed. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Orono, <br /> Minnesota: <br /> FINDINGS . <br /> 1. This application was reviewed as Zoning File #2519. <br /> . 2. The property is located in the RR lA Zoning District, where 5 acres or 217,800 <br /> s.f. is the minimum lot area. The property consists of 5.6 acres or 245,000 s.f. <br /> � Page 1 of 7 <br />
