All persons with an interest in the property must sign the <br />resolutions. <br />Variance approval is limited to the extent shown on approved plan and as noted in the approval <br />resolution. C~w.11ges in approved plans are subject to further review by the City. Variance approval <br />expires one year after date of approval. A building permit must be obtained no later than August 25, <br />2004. <br />Conditional use approval is subject to the conditions of the approval resolution.
