Box 66 <br />Crystal Bay, MN 55323 <br />Phone (952) 249-4600 Fax (952) 249-4616 <br />NOTICE <br />The Planning Commission will hold public hearings in the Orono Council Chambers at 2780 Kelley <br />Parkway on Monday, April 20, 2009, beginning at 6:30 p.m. on the matter of reviewing the following <br />land use applications : · <br />#09-3399 Dean Trongard, 1240 Garden Court North, LR-1 B zoning district, in order to replace the flat <br />roof with a pitched roof the applicant requests a variance to enlarge an accessory structure <br />that is located closer to the street than the house, when the code does not allow accessory <br />structures to be located closer to the street than the house. <br />#09-3401 The City of Orono proposes rezoning of the west portion of the property at 2389 Blaine <br />Avenue (Outlet A Navarro) from LR-1 C-1 One Family Lakeshore Residential District to 8-1 <br />Retail Sales Business District. <br />All persons wishing to be heard are encouraged to attend this meeting . This is not a final agenda and <br />is subject to change prior to the hearing . Written comments are accepted and should be submitted to <br />the City of Orono by April 15 , 2009 if possible.
