In the event Harding fulfills all of its obligations to <br />City as set forth in the Agreement for Exchange of Real Estate <br />dated ~/~viJ~,_-; between Harding and City (hereinafter Agreement), <br />, City shall, as part ·of the restoration of Harding's property <br />disturbed by the City, thereafter sealcoat the asphalt parking ·1ot <br />located on Property Bas described in the Agreement according to <br />the plans and specifications shown on Exhibit d,-r•;ttached to the <br />Agreement. <br />2.
