AGREE~ENT FOR EXCHANGE OF REAL ESTATE <br />THIS AGREEMENT, made this /u day of 'f2..;i2,n.J 1:j , 1983, by <br />j' • t I • anc between H L-t-1 (...J j-{,i./~,/vi:: <br />(insert name of husband and wife) <br />(hereinafter referred to as •Harding•) and the City of Orono, <br />(hereinafter referred to as •city•). <br />This agreement is made upon the following terms and <br />conditions: <br />l • Property. Harding agrees to transfer to City and City <br />agrees to accept the real estate located in the City of Orono, <br />Hennepin County, Minnesota, legally describ€d on Exhibit A <br />attached hereto, (hereinafter referred to as the •property A•). <br />2 • Obligation by City. Upon fulfillment of Harding's <br />duties to City at closing as set forth in paragraph 7 hereof and <br />this Agreement, City shall be obligated to complete the following <br />which are hereinafter referred to collectively as •city's . <br />Obligations•: <br />a) <br />b) <br />City shall not specially assess the parcel of property <br />'described in Exhibit B (hereinafter wproperty B9 ) for <br />any portion of the cost of the road, curb and gutter in <br />City Project 82-2. The <br />deed will require that outlet A will be combined on the <br />regular City form for such purposes with Property B. <br />City will rezone outlet A to B-1 Limited Neighborhood <br />Business District.
