Box 66 <br />Crystal Bay, MN 55323-0066 <br />As you are probably aware, the City is finally rezoning Outlot A Navan-o from residential to B-1, as <br />was called for in the exchange agreement. I expect the rezoning ordinance to be adopted this coming <br />Monday, May 11. After it is adopted you need to combine Outlot A and the 23 89 Blaine Avenue <br />property into one tax parcel (as was also called for the in agreement) before the City will publish the <br />ordinance and actually change the zoning of the property. Enclosed is a form for you to sign and a <br />return envelope. We will forward it to the County and once it has been accepted we will publish the <br />ordinance. <br />For your reference I'm enclosing a copy of the agreement.
