To satisfy the condition you need to combine Outlot A and the 2389 Blaine Avenue <br />prope1iy into one tax parcel (as was also called for the in agreement) before the City will publish the <br />ordinance and actually change the zoning of the property. Enclosed is a form for you to sign and a <br />return envelope.
