<br />such facilities, including the right to maintain sufficient quantity of

<br />disturbs to grade and seed the same and replace the surface soil with the
<br />original type material, exoept in the case of any area to be ueed for
<br />st:reet and_ other iinprovements related thereto.
<br />The Owner does covenant the Owner is in poassaaion of the
<br />above-described property ,md easement and hae lawful right and authority
<br />to convey and grant the easement hereirr granted.
