SITE EVALUATI7IN REPORT <br />FOR WILLIAM CRAGG <br />IN SECTION 36-118-23 <br />4-30-87 <br />On April 18-22, 1987 two proposed lots were tested for both a primary and <br />an alternate drainfield site according to the provisions of Individual Sewage <br />Treatment System Standards (WPC-40). <br />Lot 1 had an average percolation rate of 25.8 minutes per inch but with <br />the possible high seasonal water table a mound system would be needed. The <br />alternate site (holes 5-6) had an average percolation rate of 25.3 minutes <br />per inch but would also require a mound system because of the high possible <br />water tab <br />had an average percolation rate of 5.9 minutes per inch (holes 1-4) <br />but because of the high possible water table a mound system would be needed. <br />The alternate site.(holes 5-6) had an average percolation rate of 5.7 minutes <br />per inch but lik(wise would need a mound system because of high ground water <br />conditions being possible at certain times. <br />PIUPU5LIU Uuis are panne , a specific system design will be <br />needed for each lot. <br />If any additional information is needed, please contact me. <br />Sincerely, <br />PERCOR, INC. <br />��� <br />ark S.
