Below is a list of items the City of Orono is <br />requesting to complete our review. <br />1. Digital Copies of All Plan Submittals. <br />2. Hardcover Calculations . All proposed hardcover shall be calculated on the hardcover worksheets <br />that are attached. The hardcover calculations must be completed by your surveyor. <br />3. Certified Property Owners List, Map, & Labels. Certified list of property owners within 350 feet of <br />the subject property, labels, and plat map must be submitted. You can create, save digital files, and <br />print the list, labels, and map by using Hennepin County's online tool. The instructions are attached. <br />Application #18-4003 is incomplete . If you wish to proceed with your application please submit the items <br />requested above by Wednesday, January 17th in order to remain on the February Planning Commission <br />agenda.
