Y j . � � <br /> /�- <br /> � O� <br /> O O <br /> , CITY of ORONO <br /> a � <br /> '� RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> ��`�kE II�g'�G NO. 4 � � � � <br /> S <br /> � <br /> A RESOLUTION GRANTING A SECOND EXTENSION OF <br /> THE EFFECTIVE PERIOD OF FINAL SUBDIVISION APPROVAL <br /> FOR A LOT LINE REARRANGEMENT AT 4680/4720 BAYSIDE ROAD <br /> -FILE NO. 2438 <br /> WHEREAS,on November 23, 1998 the City Council of the City of Orono adopted <br /> Resolution No. 4205 granting approval for a subdivision of a lot line rearrangement proposed by <br /> applicants Michael Sletten and Mary Kay Sletten aka Mary Kay Snetsinger (hereinafter "the <br /> subdividers") involving the properties located at 4680 and 4720 Bayside Road; and <br /> WHEREAS,the effective period of subdivision approval was set to expire on May <br /> 23rd, 1999; and <br /> WHEREAS,the applicants' attorney advised the Council that they were unable to <br /> complete the conditions of subdivision approval within the 6-month effective period of subdivision <br /> approval because of a lack of response from certain mortgagees of the property located in New <br /> Jersey who must consent to the subdivision, and that a 6-month extension was requested; and <br /> WHEREAS,on May 24, 1999 the City Council granted the requested extension to <br /> November 23, 1999; and <br /> WHEREAS,on November 22, 1999 the City Attorney requested an additional one <br /> month extension of the effective period of subdivision approval due to the lack of additional <br /> documents required for filing,which documents are expected to be delivered to the City within one <br /> week. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of <br /> Orono that the effective period of subdivision approval for the subdivision of a lot line <br /> rearrangement by Michael Sletten and Mary Kay Sletten aka Mary K. Snetsinger of property located <br /> at 4680 and 4720 Bayside Road as originally approved per the conditions of Resolution No. 4205, <br /> adopted on November 23, 1998 is hereby extended to December 23, 1999. <br /> Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono, Minnesota at a regular meeting <br /> held this 22nd day of November, 1999. <br /> Page 1 of 2 <br />
