The oniite sewage <br />treatment system at the above address has been inspected and appears to fall into the category checked below. <br />(This is I1 an existing system ❑ new cr.nsiruction) <br />D1 Meets or exceeds current City standards in all respects relating to design, construction, and location. Appears to be operating <br />properly. <br />ICE 2 Does not meet all current City standards for new construction (1978 Code) but m most respects appears to he designed. <br />{d� located, and constructed generally in accordance with previous codes. Tanks must be pumped <br />within 48 hours to eliminate surface discharge. <br />❑ Inspection risers missing --tanks could not be inspected. <br />Inspection risers 14" dia. pipe) must be installed in each tank <br />at next pumpout.
